These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the rules for using Puffland Adventure (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The Game may show third-party advertisements provided by networks such as AdMob, Unity Ads and IronSource. Those providers collect and use data independently in order to serve and measure ads. You can control personalized advertising via your device settings.
The current version of Puffland Adventure does not include in-app purchases.
If you provide feedback, bug reports, or any other content to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify and distribute that content for any purpose related to the Game.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates) are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent permitted by law. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will post the updated Effective Date above.
