Puffland Adventure — Privacy Policy

Thank you for playing Puffland Adventure (the “Game”). We respect your privacy and aim to keep data collection minimal. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Non-personal information: device type, operating system and version, language, in-game progress and scores, gameplay statistics and crash logs.
• Advertising identifiers: device advertising identifiers such as Google Advertising ID (Android) and IDFA (iOS) for ad delivery and measurement.
• Analytics data: aggregated or anonymized usage statistics collected to improve the Game.

We do not collect personal data such as your name, address, or email unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, when contacting us).

2. How We Use Information

• To operate and provide the Game experience (save progress, restore sessions).
• To improve the Game, fix bugs, analyze usage patterns and performance.
• To deliver and measure third-party advertisements and marketing (including personalized ads, where allowed).

3. Advertising & Mediation Partners

The Game displays third-party advertisements. We use the following ad networks and mediation technologies which may collect and process information about your device and usage in accordance with their privacy policies:

• AdMob (Google)
• Unity Ads
• IronSource
• Unity Analytics (for gameplay analytics)
• Google Play services (where applicable)

We may use AdMob, Unity Ads and IronSource together via mediation platforms to maximize ad fill and performance. Those third parties are responsible for their own data practices; please see their privacy policies for details.

4. GDPR — EU Residents

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
• Request correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
• Withdraw consent where we rely on consent for processing (including advertising consent).

5. CCPA — California Residents

• Right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Puffland Adventure does not sell personal information.

6. Children

The Game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in the U.S. or under 16 in the EU. If you believe we have collected personal data from a child in violation of these limits, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

7. How to Opt Out of Personalized Ads

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your mobile device settings (e.g., limit ad tracking or reset/opt out of advertising identifiers). Additionally, many ad networks provide opt-out resources — consult your device settings or the respective ad provider’s support pages.

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and — where appropriate — provide notice in the Game or via our support contact.
